Welcome to Broadband Properties

Welcome everyone to the first issue of Broadband Properties magazine. We are very excited about this latest evolution in our 20-year history of covering this marketplace. As I mentioned last issue, we felt the time had come to make a significant change to not only help with our own branding and image, but to give the industry an easily identifiable flag that they can point to and rally around.

In addition, I am happy to announce that beginning with this issue, we will be returning to a monthly publishing schedule. You can expect to see forthcoming issues of Broadband Properties in your mailbox around the 15th of each month.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to all of the speakers, exhibitors and attendees that joined us in Dallas last month to make the Private &Wireless Broadband Show once again the educational success that it was.

Based on the enthusiasm I saw and positive responses I have been hearing, the event exceeded everyone's expectations-mine included. With this type of strong educational foundation, September's Broadband Properties Conference promises to be a watershed event for this marketplace. As technologies advance and the market sector reenergizes, there will be greater emphasis than ever, from both the provider and property owner, on the successful deliver of cable and broadband services to multifamily and commercial properties.
