Steve Christensen is the CEO and Chairman of Broadweave Networks ("Broadweave"). Mr. Christensen started Broadweave with an All-Star Founding Team from Bain Capital, AOL/Time Warner, Hewlett Packard, and Novell. Under Mr. Christensen's direction, Broadweave built the first primary-line VOIP network, the first primary-line network to support voice, video, data over IP, and the first completely standards-based FTTH net-work.

Broadweave currently has 50,000 units and 5 million square feet of commercial space under contract. These properties are represented by agreements with three develop-ers, one of which is the Utah State Trust Lands Administration. Broadweave's expansion is currently underway to add another 500,000 units under contract and to expand its off-net VOIP services domestically.

Mr. Christensen has been awarded the V/100 distinction as being among Utah's top 100 business leaders and has also been named to Utah Busi-ness Magazine's "40 under 40" list of top forty Utah business leaders under forty years old.

Mr. Christensen graduated from Brigham Young University where he twice earned Academic All-Conference distinction and the Scholar Athlete Award.
