Mr. Clark founded PAXIO in 2003 and has successfully deployed the first gigabit to residential communities in California. PAXIO offers the most bandwidth available to residential consumers in the United States and the world. Mr. Clark's vision to delivery True Broadband to select communities has created a growing number of adamant supporters. To deliver this vision, Mr. Clark has brought key players together, such as the partnering of Corning Cable Systems and Pulte Homes to launch the Corning Connected Community program in the Northern California Market. This program helps developer gain additional value from the fiber networks they are deploying as well as delivers a set of standards homeowner can rely on.
In 2000, Mr. Clark co-founded FiberRide, Inc., which was one of the first companies to deliver fiber to the home to home developers. During his three year tenure as President, FiberRide successfully deployed fiber to the home networks with some of California's largest builders and developers, including Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Pardee Homes, KBHome, Woodside Homes, and Richmond American Homes. Mr. Clark worked directly with key manufactures to customize products necessary to build these networks and deliver next generation services to homeowners.
In 1996, Mr. Clark co-founded and was President of Symbio Internet Services, which constructed and operated high-speed networks within large apartment communities. Under Mr. Clark, Symbio expanded to deploy systems in three states. During his tenure with Symbio, Mr. Clark created marketing and sales programs that generated take rates for data services over four times the national average.
Mr. Clark holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from University of California Los Angeles.
