Josh Katz has spent the last five years developing and implementing Roseland Property Company's technology strategy for apartment, condominium and town home communities.

Prior to working at Roseland, Josh owned a boutique concierge service and worked in the field of entertainment and corporate security in Los Angeles, CA.

Josh is a graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ and he lives in New York City with his wife Jill, daughter Alexa, and Maggie the dog.
