Joe Ott has been with Time Warner Cable's Austin- Central Texas Division since 1985. Over the past 21 years, Joe has held positions in Customer Service, Dispatch, Check-In, Repair, Direct Sales, New Market and Commercial Service departments. Joe was the primary contact for set-top troubleshooting over the phone with subscribers while in Customer Service and eventually became the troubleshooting trainer for incoming Customer Service Representative classes. He accepted his first management position in 1991 as Repair/Dispatch Supervisor.

In 2005, Joe accepted the position of Multifamily Director under the Commercial Service Department for Time Warner's Central Texas Division located in Austin-Texas and is responsible for maintaining relationships with apartment community owners, consultants, and management staff in central Texas-which includes San Marcos, Austin, Temple, Killeen and Waco.
