Bob Toombs has approximately 42 years of experience in RF and data communications systems. He also has over thirty years of experience managing computer communications entities. Bob has owned and managed a systems integration company, and has recent experience managing PCOs in Florida and Texas.

With a strong background in marketing, business and technical skills, Bob has participated in implementation of first commercial data communications network management system in the United States.
