	Early Registration deadline is August 29, 2005. Registrations received in the BBP offices after September 3, 2004 will be charged the On-Site fee. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 29, 2005. No cancellations will be accepted after this date. Upon receipt of cancellation, a refund will be given less a 25% processing fee.
